How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
What are your delivery options?
Delivery options are based on the items purchased. In most cases, you will be provided our standard shipping option.
Please note that all merch items are made to order and fulfilled at a separate warehouse. If your order includes a mix of merch and other products, you will receive 2 packages.
Items from our merch collection can take up to 12 business days to be received. All other items will be sent via USPS Priority Mail and will be received within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
Do you provide international delivery?
We are only able accommodate deliveries in the U.S. currently. We do not provide international delivery at this time.
How do I return an item?
Please email info@cosmicrise.net for the address that you should return the item to. We do not cover shipping cost for returns or exchanges. You may use the carrier of your choice to return items and we suggest that you use a shipping service that provides tracking.

What is your return policy?
Full refund or exchange available for all return eligible items returned within 14 days of purchase. All items must be received no later than the 14th day after the purchase date and items must be in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping charges may apply for returns/exchanges. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns at this time.
Refunds will be granted within 10 business days of receipt and may take 3-5 business days to be credited depending on your bank.
Exchanges will be sent within 3 business days of receipt and it can take 5-7 business days to receive the new product.
How do I know if an item is return eligible?
All of our items are eligible for return/exchange unless it is marked as "Final Sale" or "Not Eligible For Return/Exchange" on the product page. This includes but is not limited to Yoni Products, Teas, Soaps and any item that is to be applied to any area of the body or consumed.
All returned items must be returned in their original condition. For products with packaging, the item must be returned unopened.
